The Throttle Body assembly holds the maf sensor in place therefore disconnect the maf sensor electrical connector from the sensor itself. To begin installation first take off the Throttle Body maf sensor with its screws before removing it from the Throttle Body. Attach the maf sensor to the Throttle Body before installing screws that need to be tightened to 3 n.m (27 lb in) torque specification. After installation of the maf sensor electrical connector and a reinstall of the fuel injection sight shield the procedure is complete.
