  A: Service of the ride height sensor begins when you elevate the vehicle. The service requires removing both the height sensor connector from the vehicle harness connector and dismantling the height sensor harness clip along with the connector from the vehicle. Start the process by unfastening the link from the height sensor actuating arm while removing its two bolts together with the height sensor and its bracket from the vehicle. Proper servicing of the bracket requires the removal of four nuts which separate it from the height sensor. Use the provided four nuts to secure the bracket onto the height sensor before tightening them to 3 Nm (26 inch lbs.). Install the height sensor along with the bracket to the vehicle by tightening the bolts to 11 Nm (97 inch lbs.). Connect the link to the sensor actuating arm and properly place the height sensor harness clip along with connector to the vehicle body while maintaining correct placement of the vehicle harness connector to the height sensor connector. Complete the process by lowering the vehicle then modify the sensor height if required.
