The first step for installation involves checking that the o-ring is positioned properly while the oil indicator tube should be completely inside the engine before mounting the oil indicator tube bracket onto the exhaust manifold stud. The oil level indicator tube bracket nut needs to be installed on the exhaust manifold stud and tightened with a torque of 19 nm (14 ft. Lbs.). You should complete the installation of the oil level indicator.
