To install the new front run channel keep it parallel to the door base then place the bottom adjuster into its retainer followed by raising the top section of the channel. Screw the bolt through its hole into the retainer and then secure it to 11 N.m (97 lb in). Secure the upstop adjuster followed by the nut by tightening it to 9 N.m (80 lb in). Apply GM P/N 99882386 lubricant or equivalent using a thin layer on the run channels while preventing build-up and keeping the product away from the door window and belt line sealing strips. Add the window before performing necessary adjustments then follow with the sealing strip then water deflector along with the trim panel installation.
