When replacing the Throttle Body assembly, first also be careful when handling the electronic throttle control items, not to damage, using none small hand tools in order to not harm the internal wedge holding open the throttle plate. Start by partially draining the cooling system to disconnect the hose at the Throttle Body and taking off the air cleaner outlet duct and the engine sight shield. Detach the throttle actuator motor electrical connector, remove screw clamp for coolant air bleed hose, and remove the coolant air bleed hose from the Throttle Body. Then, after that, we'll need to remove the Throttle Body nuts and the Throttle Body itself and toss away the old Throttle Body Gasket. For installation, install a new Throttle Body Gasket and the Throttle Body and make sure that the nuts are fastened at the rate of 10 n.m (89 lb in). Reconnect the clamp and coolant air bleed hose, attach the throttle actuator motor electrical connector, and make sure to ensure a correct connector and seal, also check the connector for damage. Replace the engine sight shield and the air cleaner outlet duct, fill the cooling system and hook up a scan tool for testing throttle-opening and throttle-closing range. Move the accelerator pedal in a wide-open throttle condition (WOT), ensuring it is smooth from a closed throttle to wot condition, verify that the vehicle is not produced with its engine power-mode reduced, verify that the ignition is on, and verifies that the engine inscription before starting the engine and inspect for coolant leaks.
