Then reinstall the air cleaner outlet resonator.

Mount the Throttle Body by using a new gasket, while adhering to the fastener notice in service precautions, and tighten the attaching nuts to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Connect the coolant hose to the Throttle Body and the vapor vent pipe, accelerator control cable and cruise control cable, tp sensor and iac valve electrical connectors, and the vacuum hose to the Throttle Body. Reinstall the air intake duct and with the engine off, check the accelerator pedal movement to the floor by pressing and releasing. To reset iac valve, turn on the ignition for 10 seconds followed by turning it off for 5 seconds, then start the engine to test for the idle speed.

Finally, install the air cleaner outlet resonator.

For installation, install a new Throttle Body Gasket, join the coolant hoses, and install the Throttle Body assembly and tighten the Throttle Body bolts to the 10 n.m (89 lb in) using a torque wrench. Reconnect the tp, iac sensor harness connectors, the crankcase ventilation hose and throttle actuator motor's harness connector, then install the air intake duct and connect the intake air temperature sensor's harness connector. Recycle the cooling system and check whether the vehicle is not reduced in engine power, ignition is on, and the engine is off. With a scan tool, the throttle-opening and the throttle-closing range should be tested using the device, making sure the accelerator pedal moves freely from closed throttle to wide open throttle (WOT). Lastly, fire the engine and look for coolant leaks.

Remove the air cleaner outlet duct.
