How to Service and Repair the Brake Fluid Level Sensor on Cadillac XLR?

To start replacing the brake fluid level sensor disconnect its electrical connector. Pull out the brake fluid level sensor by applying needle nose pliers at its end tabs before pushing it through the reservoir. Position the new sensor into the reservoir and push it until the retaining tabs lock it in place then put back the electrical connector.
