    A: Draining the charge air cooler cooling system needs to be completed before beginning the radiator replacement process. Lease a vehicle in a raised position supported by stands. The Hose Clamp Pliers (GE-47622) helps position and remove both the outlet hose and inlet hose from the charge air cooler radiator. Use Hose Clamp Pliers (GE-47622) to reposition the charge air cooler coolant inlet hose before you remove it. Extract the charge air cooler radiator from the vehicle by first removing its retaining nuts. Secure the charge air cooler radiator to the vehicle using retaining nuts tightened to 8 N.m (71 lb in). Attach the charge air cooler coolant inlet hose to the radiator before you use the Hose Clamp Pliers (GE-47622) to reposition the inlet clamp. Then connect the outlet hose while using the Hose Clamp Pliers (GE-47622) to reposition the outlet clamp. Before ending the procedure lower the automobile and complete the charge air cooler liquid filling process.
