  A: The procedure starts by draining the charge air cooler cooling system then elevating the vehicle before securing it on stands. Use GE-47622 Hose Clamp Pliers (GE-47622) to move the charge air cooler coolant outlet hose before extracting both hoses from the charge air cooler radiator. The procedure should be repeated for the charge air cooler coolant inlet hose. Remove the retaining nuts on the charge air cooler radiator before extracting the radiator from the vehicle. Install the new charge air cooler radiator into the vehicle through its retaining nuts which must be tightened to 8 N.m (71 lb in). Reattach the charge air cooler coolant inlet hose then position the inlet hose clamp using GE-47622 (GE-47622). Connect the charge air cooler coolant outlet hose while using the GE-47622 (GE-47622) clamp. Lower the vehicle and complete the charge air cooler cooling system filling process.
