Installation is not complicated as it can be done within minutes. First, pull in, turn the engine off and allow the A/C to cool down to allow pressure to stabilize. Open the hood, locate the appropriate service port, and move off the old cap. Clean off dust, inspect the O-ring and change it in case it is broken. Apply a thin coat of refrigerant oil on the new O-ring, position and insert the A/C Service Cap, screwing it in with hand. Snug and give a final twist making sure that they are sitting and not excessively tight.
