How to replace the MAP Sensor on Chevrolet Cavalier?

To replace the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor, start by removing the air cleaner outlet resonator and the accelerator cable bracket. Then, the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor harness connector is disconnected, the MAP Sensor from the Intake Manifold is removed, and the seal is examined for deformation. In case the seal is damaged, the MAP Sensor needs to be replaced. Installation- insert the new MAP Sensor in the Intake Manifold using the new MAP Sensor seal provided with the sensor, connect the MAP Sensor harness connector, install the accelerator cable bracket, and finally install the air cleaner outlet resonator.
