How to replace the Knock Sensor (KS) on Chevrolet Classic?

To knock off the ks, one should remove Starter, disconnect the ks harness connector. Next, unbolt the ks and eject the ks. First, clean the ks threaded surfaces prior to installation. Fasten down the Knock Sensor and tighten the retaining bolt to 25 n.m (18 lb ft). Then, connect the Knock Sensor harness connector and rear the original Starter.
