The technician must install tool en 46547 (Flywheel Holding Tool) into flywheel teeth while placing the vehicle into a lowered position before discarding the crankshaft balancer bolt. The j 41816-2 (Crankshaft End Protector) must be combined with the j 41816-a (Crankshaft Balancer Remover) to safely remove the crankshaft balancer without touching its outer edges. The en-48034 (Harmonic Balancer Installer) should be used to put in the new crankshaft balancer before removing the en-48034 itself. Install the crankshaft balancer washer and a new bolt with the j 45059 meter set to 150 nm plus 180 degrees of angle. First position and lock the vehicle before removing the en 46547 from the flywheel teeth. Insert the service slot plug followed by lowering the vehicle and completing the Drive Belt and Radiator reinstallation.
