How to replace the blower motor on Chevrolet Express 1500?

Start your replacement work by taking the Coolant Reservoir out then disconnect the Blower Motor connector and disconnect the cooling tube. First remove the two screws holding the Blower Motor while keeping the electrical connector plugged in. After that, you can take the motor out of its place. Sever the fan cage retaining clip connection and lift off the fan cage assembly from the Blower Motor. Fasten the fan cage on top of the Blower Motor part then lock it using the retaining clip. Replace the Blower Motor while tightening its retaining screws to 2 n.m with a torque wrench according to service precautions. Insert the cooling tube into the Blower Motor and connect both the electrical connector and reservoir back into place.
