    A: The replacement process for electric cooling Fan Motor begins with disconnecting the negative Battery Cable. Uninstall the 5 bolts from the cooling Fan Shroud to Radiator mounting before disconnecting the Fan Shroud wire and connector. Detach the defective Fan Motor by removing the nut(s) on its fan assembly before uninstalling the 3 retaining screws that attach it to the cooling fan. The new cooling Fan Motor requires three screws and one nut to be fastened to the cooling fan assembly before you accept the cooling fan to the cooling Fan Motor . Install the cooling fan assembly on the Radiator after reconnecting the wire along with the connector to the Fan Shroud. Secure the 5 bolts that connect the cooling Fan Shroud and tighten them to 6 nm (53 foot pounds). The negative Battery Cable needs reconnection before tightening it to 15 nm (11 ft. Lbs.).
