Begin by taking off the park brake cable from the lever then proceed to disconnect the rotor Axle Shaft park brake shoe and backing plate nuts. Afterward detach the backing plate from its location on the axle housing flange. Secure the backing plate to the axle housing flange then fasten backing plate nuts until they reach torque setting of 135 nm (100 ft. Lbs.). Put on the park brake shoe and Axle Shaft while adjusting the park brake shoe position. Add the rotor to the brakes after attaching the park brake cable to its lever.
