How to replace the MAP Sensor on Chevrolet SSR?

The replacement process of manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor begins by taking out the engine sight shield along with the mounting bracket. You need to remove the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor's electrical connector and extracting the retaining clip before proceeding. Bring out the MAP Sensor and seal from the Intake Manifold after removing them both. Place the MAP Sensor with the seal into the Intake Manifold and secure them using the retaining clip and reconnect the electrical connector before reinstalling the engine sight shield with its mounting bracket.
