Remove the rubber seals on the Water Pump, then the mounting bolts and nuts, and afterwards pull out the Water Pump and gasket from the car. Make sure to clean the Water Pump Gasket mating surface before you attach the new gasket to the engine block and fix the Water Pump with the mounting hardware, torquing them to 13 nm (115 inch lbs Install the new rubber seals on the Water Pump, and after that put on the oil level indicator guide tube, timing belt tensioner , timing belt , and Crankshaft Pulley . Make sure to top off the coolant and connect the negative battery terminal, tightening the Battery Cable with 15 Nm (11 ft. Lbs.) of torque. Take the vehicle for a drive to verify the coolant has the right level and there are no leaks.
