Start by unscrewing the MAP sensor screw so you can take out the MAP sensor itsec. Check the seal on the MAP sensor for damage then replace it if needed. Apply clean engine oil on the MAP sensor seal before installing the MAP sensor into position. One must exercise care when handling fasteners. Fit the MAP sensor screw into position and torque it to 9 Nm (80 lb in). To finish installation connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector to the MAP sensor.
