    In order to remove the Power Steering Pump, you should remove the accessory Drive Belt from the pump pulley while not fully detaching the belt from the engine. Next, remove the fuel injector sight shield and then separate the power steering pressure hose and the power steering return hose from the pump. Remove the engine electrical harness from the reservoir retainers, then remove the Power Steering Pump mounting bolts, and finally remove the Power Steering Pump from the motor vehicle. Next, take off the Power Steering Pump pulley and the reservoir from the pump. To install, attach reservoir on to the pump, then attach Power Steering Pump pulley, then reinstall the vehicle pump. Mount the bolts of Power Steering Pump, which must be tightened to 34 nm (25 ft. Lbs.), and attach the power steering return hose and pressure hose to the pump with the tightening of its fitting to 27 nm (20 ft. Lbs.). Replace the engine electrical harness to the reservoir retainers, the fuel injector site shield and lastly, the Drive Belt on the accessory to the Power Steering Pump pulley.
