  A: When repairing or servicing the Power Steering Reservoir start by setting the hydraulic pump on a steady flat surface with its shaft in an upward position. You should use a screwdriver to push retaining clip tab outside as you move reservoir clip apart from the hydraulic pump assembly. The second reservoir clip must be removed through this duration before carefully extracting the reservoir from the hydraulic pump housing. Discard the O-ring seal both from the neck of the reservoir or the hydraulic pump housing section. Before installing the reservoir replacement O-ring seal perform lubrication using power steering fluid on the sealing area then position it onto the reservoir neck. Put the reservoir in position on the hydraulic pump assembly where the neck of the reservoir should be completely inserted. Position the reservoir feet directly against the hydraulic pump housing walls before installing the provided reservoir retaining clips where each tab must fully connect to the pump housing.
