The first step to replace the right side
Engine Mount bracket requires vehicle elevation and support. The installer should eliminate Engine Mount to Engine Mount bracket bolts while paying attention to avoid putting a jack beneath critical parts such as the
Oil Pan or sheet metal or crankshaft balancer. Only position the engine at the height required to take the Engine Mount bracket off using a jack engaged to the square tab at the back of the engine block. The next task requires removing mounting nuts from the Engine Mount bracket before you extract it from the car. Place the Engine Mount bracket onto its original position and fasten the retaining nuts by tightening them to 45 nm (33 lb ft). After lowering the engine installation of the Engine Mount to its bracket bolts requires 60 nm (44 lb ft) torque before the vehicle reaches ground level.
