Install the new components by avoiding the reuse of the Distributor cap, cmp sensor and rotor screws with thread locking compound. Threads screws with locking compound before replacing them. You should insert the cmp sensor into the reluctor wheel slot then mount new cmp screws using 2.2 n.m (19 lb in) of torque. Put the rotor in position on the reluctor wheel before tightening new rotor screws to 2 n.m torque (18 lb in). Bolt down the Distributor cap using new screws which require a torque of 2.4 n.m (21 lb in).
