Before installing the tp sensor you must clean its screw threads then apply gm p/n 1052624 thread locking material or an equivalent product because the attaching screws have thread locking adhesive already applied. Mount the tp sensor using screws which should be tightened at 2 n.m (18 lb in). The final step includes installing the Throttle Body followed by connecting the tp sensor harness connector.
