How to replace the Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Bank 1 Sensor 1 on GMC Sonoma?

The replacement of the Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Bank 1 Sensor 1 requires initial vehicle elevation. Remove the connector which provides power to the HO2S. Click the HO2S out of the exhaust pipe through the use of Oxygen Sensor Wrench (J 39194-B). Apply the anti-seize compound GM P/N 5613695 to the new oxygen sensor threads as needed because this mixture of liquid graphite and glass beads helps with removal tasks in the future. The Oxygen Sensor Wrench (J 39194-B) is required to install the HO2S which needs to be tightened to 42 N.m (31 lb ft). Connect the HO2S harness connector then lower the vehicle.
