How to replace the MAP Sensor on GMC Yukon?

Start by taking off the intake manifold sight shield before replacing the Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor. First disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor before removing the MAP sensor retainer and sensor. The new MAP sensor requires a thin layer of clean engine oil on its seal prior to installation. Install the MAP sensor while placing its retainer and reconnect its engine harness wiring electrical connector to the MAP sensor. Reinstall the intake manifold sight shield as your final step.
