Reinstall the air cleaner assembly.

Use the 3/8 inch drive wrench to rotate the tensioner arm counterclockwise and install the drive belt over the drive belt tensioner pulley, then slowly release the tension.

Use a 3/8 inch drive wrench on the drive belt tensioner arm and rotate it clockwise to remove the drive belt, then slowly release the tension on the tensioner arm.

Clean and inspect the belt surfaces of all pulleys.

Install the belt to the pulleys and the drive belt tensioner.

Slowly release the tension on the A/C belt tensioner and remove the ratchet. Clean and inspect the belt surfaces of all the pulleys.

Route the drive belt over all the pulleys except the drive belt tensioner pulley, ensuring to observe the routing for vehicles with and without air conditioning.

Position the coolant recovery reservoir and install the retaining bolt, tightening it to 11 Nm (97 inch lbs.), followed by reinstalling the air cleaner assembly.

Route the drive belt around all the pulleys except the idler pulley, then install the breaker bar with hex-head socket on the belt tensioner bolt and rotate it clockwise to relieve tension.

Slowly release the tension on the tensioner arm.

Reinstall the breaker bar with the hex-head socket on the belt tensioner bolt, rotate it clockwise to relieve tension, and place the drive belt under the idler pulley.

Use a 3/8 inch drive wrench on the drive belt tensioner arm and rotate it counterclockwise.
