How to replace the Body Control Module (BCM) on Chevrolet Impala? Posted by Customer
    A:
Begin replacement of the bcm by first disconnecting the battery battery terminal and then taking out the left instrument panel shield. You must disconnect all bcm electrical plugs (2, 3, 4) before taking out the bcm from the vehicle. Install the new Body Control Module (BCM) first then connect the bcm electrical connectors (2, 3, 4). Put back both pieces of the left instrument panel insulator and rejoin the battery ground cable.
