How to replace the Air Suspension Compressor on Buick Terraza? Posted by Customer
    A:
Start the Air Suspension Compressor replacement process by taking out the elc/trailer electrical Fuse then carefully elevating and supporting the vehicle. Following A/C Hose removal, you must use a clamp tool on the Air Suspension Compressor filter between the underbody rail to detach it before proceeding. You must disconnect the compressor bracket bolts along with nuts before your compressor can hang from its bracket hook. The maintenance completes by disconnecting the air line from the air dryer while disconnecting the electrical connector from the Air Suspension Compressor. To separate the bracket hook from the vehicle's frame rotate the Air Suspension Compressor and bracket 90 degrees. Remove the Air Suspension Compressor assembly and bracket after detachment. Start by taking out the Air Suspension Compressor dryer followed by the Air Suspension Compressor relay from the bracket and the bolts that secure the compressor to its bracket. To disconnect the Air Suspension Compressor filter hose attach two points to the compressor body. To install the Air Suspension Compressor filter hose reconnect it at the same two locations to the compressor unit while setting the compressor onto the bracket frame. Fasten the bracket to 50 nm (37 ft. Lbs.) before tightening the Air Suspension Compressor bolts/screws to 4 nm (35 inch lbs.) and the Air Suspension Compressor shield bolts to 3 nm (27 inch lbs.). Reinstall the Air Suspension Compressor relay along with the Air Suspension Compressor dryer while installing the bracket onto the underbody rail. Rotate the bracket by 90 degrees to enable the compressor suspension from the hook support. Use an air line to install the Air Suspension Compressor electrical connector while you build the air dryer connection then tighten the bracket nuts at 10 nm (89 inch lbs.). Installation follows with bracket bolt screw tightening to 50 nm (37 ft. Lbs.) before you attach the Air Suspension Compressor filter to the underbody rail. Then reinstall any disconnected a/c hoses while lowering the vehicle before reinserting the elc/trailer Fuse.

    Q:
How to Properly Replace an Air Suspension Compressor on a Chevrolet Venture? Posted by Customer
    A:
Vehicle elevation and support is necessary as the first step to replace the Air Suspension Compressor. The Air Suspension Compressor filter needs its side clips squeezed to free itself from the underbody rail. Once the compressor bracket bolt and nuts are removed the compressor can suspend from the bracket hook. Disconnect the tubing leading to the air dryer before taking off the power cable from the Air Suspension Compressor. Turn the Air Suspension Compressor assembly along with the bracket 90 degrees until the hook detaches from the vehicle before extraction of the compressor and bracket. Start by removing the Air Suspension Compressor dryer and Relay from their bracket position and finish by taking out compressor bolts. Remove the Air Suspension Compressor filter hose from two different points on the Air Suspension Compressor after detaching the compressor from its bracket. Before installation connect the Air Suspension Compressor filter hose to its two points on the Air Suspension Compressor then position the compressor onto the bracket. Fasten the bolts/screws of the Air Suspension Compressor until torque reaches 4 nm (35 inch lbs.). After the bracket installation the workflow includes attaching the Relay and dryer while also installing the Air Suspension Compressor shield. Reposition the underbody rail bracket at a 90-degree angle to hang the compressor from the hook. Plug in the electrical connector but first add the air line to the dryer unit. Secure the bracket nuts to 10 nm torque setting using 89 inch lbs. Torque. Also secure bracket bolt to 50 nm at 37 ft. Lbs. Torque. When finished installing the Air Suspension Compressor filter place it onto the underbody rail before lowering the vehicle.

    Q:
How to replace the Air Suspension Compressor on Chevrolet Venture? Posted by Customer
    A:
The first step to replace an Air Suspension Compressor requires vehicle elevation and support. Touch each clip on the Air Suspension Compressor filter's sides to release the attachment from the underbody rail. Afterward unscrew the bracket bolt followed by the compressor bracket nuts until the compressor hangs from the bracket hook. Detach the air line from the air dryer and also unhook the Air Suspension Compressor's electrical connection. First rotate the Air Suspension Compressor together with its bracket at a 90-degree angle to unhook it from the vehicle then take out the Air Suspension Compressor and the bracket. Start by removing the Air Suspension Compressor relay from the bracket then move to the Air Suspension Compressor dryer before finishing with the bolts to extract the Air Suspension Compressor from its bracket. Remove the Air Suspension Compressor filter hose connections at both points from the compressor body. Position the Air Suspension Compressor filter hose at its original points on the compressor before securely mounting the compressor onto the bracket with bolts/screws and tightening them to 4 nm (35 inch lbs.). Mount the Air Suspension Compressor shield alongside the relay and dryer. Secure the bracket onto the underbody rail while rotating its position through 90 degrees until the compressor can hang from the mounting hook. Secure the power cable together with the compressor airflow tubing to the dryer equipment. Begin by tightening bracket nuts to 10 nm (89 inch lbs.) before moving on to tighten the bracket bolt to 50 nm (37 ft. Lbs.). The Air Suspension Compressor filter requires installation to the underbody rail before lowering the vehicle.
