How to Replace the HVAC Control Module on GMC Yukon XL 1500? Posted by Customer
    A:
Begin HVAC Control Module replacement by taking out the instrument panel accessory trim plate. The hvac control assembly needs its retaining tabs depressed before releasing it from the instrument panel while disconnecting its electrical connectors. Removal of the hvac control assembly bulb from the assembly requires immediate retention. Finish installing by first adding the hvac control assembly bulb into its position then reconnecting all electrical connectors. First position the hvac control assembly into the instrument panel making sure retaining tabs secure properly before reinstalling the instrument panel accessory trim plate.
