    The first step to replacing the blower motor switch is to take off the instrument cluster trim plate and then pull the connector away from the switch. Now, swing both tabs away on the side of the switch and pull it out of the bezel. Once you have the switch in place, connect its electrical connector, then put the trim plate back onto the instrument cluster.

    Begin A/C Switch replacement by taking out the Instrument Cluster trim plate and the retaining screw from the left A/C Switch frame. Use a steering wheel pivot motion on the A/C Switch to free up the right side tab followed by pulling it outside for access to vacuum and electrical connectors. First remove any electrical connectors followed by vacuum connectors from the assembly. When installing the components first connect vacuum connectors then electrical connectors. Set the tab located on the right side of the A/C Switch into the instrument panel slot before pivoting it into final position. After fitting the retaining screw to the left edge of the A/C Switch maintain a torque tension of 4 n.m (35 lb in) while installing it before returning the Instrument Cluster trim plate.

Turn the A/C switch slightly and push the locking tab on the right away, then pull off the electrical connectors and vacuum connector before taking it out. For installation, fit the vacuum connector and electric connectors back on, put the A/C switch in place, and use the retaining screw to secure it with 2 N.m (18 lb in) of torque. Then, put the I/P cluster trim plate back into place.
