    How to replace the Trunk Lock Cylinder on Chevrolet Tahoe? Posted by Customer

    You need to take off the trim panel and liftgate window latch assembly to change the liftgate lock cylinder. Push down the locking pin on the lock cylinder while turning the cylinder counterclockwise to take it out of the latch assembly. When installing the lock cylinder place it into position on the latch assembly and turn it clockwise until you see the pin lock into place. Reinstall the liftgate trim panel after placing the window latch assembly back.
