    The front side door hinge replacement process begins by opening the front door then disconnecting the front door rubber conduit and electrical connector at the front door pillar. An assistant will need to remove the front door after you detach both the front door check link bolt and the intermediate bolts. Mark the locations using a grease pencil after cleaning around the hinges so you can remove the front door hinge bolts and the hinge pillar bolts to separate the front door hinge. Position the front door hinge over the marked areas on the hinge pillar and bolt down the hinges with a torque of 28 N.m (21 lb ft). Install the front door hinge bolts by positioning them according to the marks on the door surface and tighten them to 28 N.m (21 lb ft). Two persons should help secure the door onto the vehicle while installing and tightening the front door hinge intermediate bolt to 25 N.m (18 lb ft). Open the door to install the front door check link bolt at 9 N.m (80 lb in) tension and after re-connecting front door electrical components and their rubber conduit at the pillar you can close the door.
