You need the j41013 disc resurfacing kit (J41013) to remove wheel bearing flange corrosion and j42450-a Wheel Hub resurfacing kit (J42450-A) to cleanse the Brake Disc mounting area and surface when servicing and fixing the Brake Disc system. Check brake discs for damage and worn surface when you test their flatness and required minimum thickness after resurfacing them. When corrosion, cracks, or depth scores pass the manufacturer-approved values need repair focus on the Brake Disc. Clean all attachments before fitting that part to your brake lathe as per the official guidelines. Bring the tools into contact with the disc friction surface while the lathe is running and check the witness mark to verify the right mounting position. Continue disc refinishing per manufacturer guidelines while measuring depth after every cut and replace the component when minimum thickness limits are broken. Try a non-directional achievement by using suggested speed controls when you sand with 120 grit aluminum oxide or 150 grit aluminum oxide sandpaper through the specific tools. You should finish cleaning each gripping surface of the Brake Disc by wiping it with denatured alcohol or brake cleaner.

The rotor's relationship to the hub.

Reinstall the front wheel hub extension, aligning it to the original position and tightening the nuts to 130 Nm (96 ft. lbs.).

Remove the hub and rotor assembly, marking the relationship between the hub and rotor.

Place the hub and rotor assembly on a hydraulic press and press the wheel studs out, then separate the hub from the rotor.

Remove them as an assembly without disconnecting the hydraulic brake hose.
