You should start by disconnecting the window motor electrical connector while loosening both clamping bolts of the regulator followed by removing the bolts which secure the window regulator to the door. Install the new module to the door after its removal and secure it with retaining bolts by tightening them to 9 N.m (7 lb ft). Position the window on the regulator before tightening the clamp bolts to 9 N.m (7 lb ft). Connect the window motor electrical connector after which re-mount the water deflector and trim panel.

Align the window glass to the regulator and install the bolts that hold the window to the regulator, also tightening them to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

Secure the regulator to the door, adhering to the Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
