    Q:
How to replace the Rear Ride Height Sensor on Cadillac DTS? Posted by Customer
    A:
The first step to replace the Electronic Suspension Rear Position Sensor begins with vehicle lifting and removing the wheel. The technician must disconnect both sensor link and height sensor connector from the ball stud before loosening the sensor mounting nut. The sensor needs to be pulled downward from its position after disengaging the anti-rotation tab. During installation place the sensor mounting stud head in the keyhole position before pushing the sensor upward to reach the lower engagement hole. The installation process requires a tight sensor mounting nut to 9 N.m (80 lb in) followed by attaching the sensor link to the ball stud before connecting the height sensor connector. Put on the wheel then complete the lowering process for the vehicle.
