How to Replace a Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) on Buick Rendezvous? Posted by Customer
    A:
First raise and support the vehicle before starting the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) replacement procedure. Start by disconnecting the vehicle speed sensor's electrical connector before removing its retaining bolt and sensor (110). Rinse the O-ring to inspect it for wear. If damaged, get a new one installed. Screw the vehicle speed sensor into place while tightening the bolt to 12 Nm (106 inch lbs.). Photons must attach the sensor electrical connector before lowering the vehicle.
