    Begin replacing the Engine Oil Pressure Sensor or Switch by removing the lower air baffle and deflector first. To initiate the process disconnect the oil pressure sensor electrical connector before removing the oil pressure sensor. Install the oil pressure sensor by following the Fastener Notice in Service Precautions and adding torque to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.). Reinstall the lower air baffle and deflector while completing connection of the oil pressure sensor electrical connector.

    First, disconnect the negative Battery Cable in order to service the Oil Pressure Switch. Then, lift and stabilize the vehicle in the right way. Then removing the engine Oil Pressure Switch, de-link the electrical connector from it. For installation, tighten the engine Oil Pressure Switch with 16 nm (12 ft. Lbs.) then reconnect the electric to the connector. Then, bring down the vehicle, as well as reconnect the negative cable to the battery.

Next, connect the electrical connector of the engine Oil Pressure Switch again, drop the vehicle, and connect the negative Battery Cable at last.
