    Q:
How to replace the Headlight Switch on Chevrolet Malibu? Posted by Customer
    A:
Opening the left instrument panel (IP) access cover stands as the first step to switch the headlamp. Insert your hand into the access hole to free the four retaining tabs on the headlamp switch which lies behind the ip before pulling out the switch through the hole while disconnecting its electrical connectors. Plug the electrical connectors before positioning the new headlamp switch next to the access hole on the ip surface. Insert the headlamp switch into the ip while validating that retaining tabs are securely positioned before you install the left ip access panel.
