How to replace the Auxiliary Blower Motor Resistor on 2000 Cadillac DeVille?

Start the electrical blower motor resistor replacement by taking out the right console accessory trim plate. First disconnect the electrical connector from the blower resistor then remove all fasteners that secure the auxiliary motor resistor before taking it out. Put the auxiliary blower motor resistor in place and fasten it into position. Connect the electrical cables to the auxiliary blower motor resistor and fit back the console trim piece.
