How to replace the Air Inlet Blend Door Actuator on 2000 Cadillac DeVille?

To eliminate the air inlet actuator, eliminate the IP compartment, afterwards, the right sound insulator. Next, remove the DIM module out of the bracket and unscrew the rear two DIM module bracket screws. Shift the DIM module bracket so that you can get to the air inlet actuator and attend to the removal of the air inlet actuator retaining screws and remove the electrical connector from the actuator before extricating it. For installation start by installing the new air inlet actuator into position and then secure it with the retaining fasteners and tighten to 1.4 N.m (12 lb in). Reconnect the electrical connector at the actuator, reset the DIM module bracket, moving it to the place where it was initially and install the rear two DIM module brick retaining screws and tighten this to 1.4 N.m (12 lb.in). Finally, check back into the bracket, the right sound insulator, and the IP compartment.
