To begin working on the Brake Fluid Level Sensor/Switch connect its electrical connector. Take care around brake fluid irritants while seeing signs of brake fluid damage on electrical parts. Put a collection container under the master cylinder prior to taking out the fluid level sensor. You can use needle nose pliers to push in the tabs located on the reservoir's inner side of the master cylinder unit to take the fluid level switch off. Follow this step when putting the fluid level switch into the master cylinder by pushing it in until the locking tabs lock then reconnect the electrical connector. Complete the master cylinder with Delco Supreme No. II Hydraulic Brake Fluid part 12377967 or a suitable DOT-3 fluid for motor vehicles.
