The rear side of the water deflector needs peeling away in order to gain access to the outside Door Handle. Starting with outside Door Handle removal users must detach the lock rod and arm by taking off the e-clip from the lock cylinder. Identify the omega clip then pull the lock cylinder free from the Door Handle rear aspect. The lock cylinder installation process starts by placing it on the outside Door Handle rear surface before connecting the lock cylinder rod and arm with the e-clip. Follow the steps to reinstall the outside Door Handle before the water deflector and finally reinstall the door trim panel.
