How to replace the A/C Switch control assembly on 2001 GMC Safari?

To replace the HVAC control assembly, remove the IP cluster trim plate and the retaining screw. Pivot and remove the assembly to access the connectors. Disconnect them, then reconnect and align the assembly with the slot in the IP. Install the screw and finally, the trim plate.
