How to Replace the Right Blend Door Actuator on 2002 Buick Century?

In order to replace the right air temperature actuator, you need to remove the right side instrument panel insulator and instrument panel compartment. Cut the connection of the electric actuator, and remove the screws, which hold it to remove the electric actuator. For installation, place the right air temperature actuator into position aligning the slots on the electric actuator driver and the flats on the shaft along with aligning the locating hole with HVAC module case. Mount the actuator driver on to the shaft such that it rests completely making sure that the mounting holes seat properly with the mounting bolts of the HVAC module case. Install the screws on the right air temperature actuator, tighteningz1.5Nm (13 lb in), and then, reconnect electrical connector. Replace the compartment of the instrument panel and the right side instrument panel insulator, and lastly, calibrate the actuator.
