How to Remove and Install the Turn Signal Flasher on 2002 Cadillac Eldorado?

For the turn signal flasher servicing, remove the left closeout/insulator panel first. Second, pull off the turn signal flasher from the upper instrument panel carrier assembly and turn off its electrical connector prior to removing the turn signal flasher. For installation, plug the electrical connector to the turn signal flasher and insert into the slot of the instrument panel carrier assembly. Slide the flasher upward to hold the retainer clip for the carrier assembly, and finally re fixture the left closeout/ insulator panel.
