How to replace the wiper arm on a right-hand drive on 2002 Cadillac Seville?

When replacing the Wiper Arm on a right-hand vehicle start by adjusting the wipers to the park position and disconnecting the nozzle hose from the washer hose. Lift off the cap from the nut before taking out both the nut and Wiper Arm. Remove the Wiper Arm using j 39822 and take off the Wiper Blade from that arm. Start by fitting the Wiper Blade onto its arm while keeping the wiper system in park mode to avoid harm. Position the wipers to park mode when they are around the center of the action. Clean the wiper drive shaft knurls with a wire brush then put the Wiper Arm on the shaft at 84.4 mm (3.32 in) below the first wiper line on driverside and 84.6 mm (3.33 in) on passengerside. Attach the Wiper Arm and fasten its nut to 30 n.m (22 lb ft) torque before placing the cover over it. Add windshield washer solvent to the washer hose and join the wiper hose to the washer nozzle connection. Examine if the wiper washer system performs correctly once all components are put together.
