When replacing the arm of the wiper, begin by placing the wiper's arms in a park position and remove the wiper nozzle hose from the washer hose them. The nut removal requires you to first take off the cover and then take off the nut. If the step of rocking the Wiper Arm fails to disengage it from the Drive Shaft, then you can remove the Wiper Arm using a battery terminal puller.
