How to replace the Trunk Lock Cylinder on 2002 Chevrolet Camaro?

To update the lift gate lock cylinder begin by opening your window panel and taking off the rear end finish panel. Afterward remove the seven rivets before pulling out the lock cylinder. During cylinder installation keep the tan indicator facing upward. Feed the lock cylinder shaft through the hole in the panel and lock support until you align the cylinder then place both right and left rivets. Reposition the rear end finish panel during the last step.
