How to service the knock sensor on 2002 Chevrolet Corvette?

The Knock Sensor service requires workers to remove the Intake Manifold and Knock Sensor wiring harness assembly before removing the Knock Sensor. Start by mounting the Knock Sensor and use a torque of 20 n.m (15 lb ft) during tightening. Reinstall both the Knock Sensor wiring harness assembly and the Intake Manifold. The negative Battery Cable should be connected followed by transmitter programming if necessary.
